Tehran was originally a village in the
suburb of Ray and now Ray is located 7km to the
south of Tehran. Tehran, the capital of
Iran is becoming an established highlight on foreign tourists’
itinerary because of its vestiges of antiquity dating mainly
from the Qajar Period. Its attractions are shops, well-stoked
with every modern product as well handicrafts and museums with
their spectacular exhibition on display.
